You can no longer find any safe space to get out of the fire of the stupid mutalist moas, so i don't recommend leveling up stuff here unless it's melee weapons, where you should be down there anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if they did stealth nerf it. I mean you could get past 60k health with iron skin easily with ironclad charge. With 255% power str all you would need is to hit 1 target and your iron skin was already past 20k health. Hi, i unlocked the new Guardian weapons shortly sfter 3.0. I just saw under outfitting that the stats have changed. The Gauss made about 70 dmg back then and the Plasmas around 5 dmg (times 17 if you charge them). I didn't mean stealth attacks which are lethal, as a rule. I meant cases when an enemy is aware of your presence, but you're invisible or out of their sight, and you can't perform the stealth kill. Instead, you'll be dealing increased (yellow) damage if you try and stab them, that's how it used work.

Warframe Stealth Dmg Nerf Review
As of 7.1.5, in addition to the 10% proc nerf, Magistrike Restraints can no longer proc more than once per cast. Even with Havoc.
Prior to the patch I sometimes got 4-6 total Chaos Bolts out of a single Havoc Chaos Bolt cast, however now you can't get more than 3.
The one additional bracer bolt can peoc off either havoc or the original bolt, but not from both.
This is a huge nerf and went undocumented, it makes the legendary pretty bad, which is fine, but if I'd known about it I would've put more effort into off specs.
I've made tweets to no avail to the devs. I don't know if this is intentional or a bug, but if anyone can find out that'd help a lot.
